Who we are
Blue Coast Wildlife is a non-profit conservation organization dedicated to protecting marine wildlife and coastal ecosystems along the Brazilian coastline. As a growing initiative, our goal is to develop a professional and sustainable program that supports both wildlife conservation and environmental education.
Our work focuses on protecting marine species such as sea turtles and dolphins and by helping preserve their natural habitats. We aim to keep beaches clean, identify and mark sea turtle nesting areas, and help ensure that hatchlings can safely reach the ocean.
We also believe that education is one of the most effective ways to protect nature. By providing information, raising public awareness, and working with local communities and visitors, we encourage everyone to take part in protecting Brazil's unique coastal environment for future generations.
What we do
Our work combines conservation, research, education, and community engagement to help protect Brazil's coastal environment.
We monitor important coastal areas, support the protection of sea turtle nesting sites, promote beach clean-up activities, and document marine wildlife whenever possible. We also work to raise public awareness through educational initiatives and encourage local communities and visitors to take an active role in protecting the coastline.
By working together with volunteers, supporters, and local partners, we aim to create lasting positive impacts for marine wildlife and future generations.
Why it matters
The ocean is an essential part of nature and life. Today, our oceans face increasing pressure from pollution, climate change, and human activity.
By protecting biodiversity and preserving the coastal ecosystems, we can help ensure a healthier environment for future generations.
